HOW DO I SEND MY FLOWERS TO YOU?

It's really simple just follow the instructions on our sending flowers page on the website, we will also send you a confirmation email with full instructions.

HOW MANY FLOWERS SHOULD I SEND?

Unless you have chosen us to dry your whole bouquet, we do not need it all. So please divide it up as per the instructions in your email confirmation. I need enough to make your chosen pieces plus some extra flowers. Each listing will have the dimensions of the piece so you can work out what fits best. We are also happy to help with this so please pop us a message if you need help.

DO I NEED TO ORDER IN ADVANCE ?

No, but if you would like your finished piece with you sooner then I order sooner rather than later.( our turnaround time is worked out by order date not event date)
We are happy to take orders after your event. Your flowers will be dried as soon as we receive them. Due to the complex process we use orders take between 3 - 6 months to complete.

HOW LONG AFTER THE EVENT CAN YOU WORK WITH MY FLOWERS?

Within a week is best, this is flower and weather dependent. As a general rule I can work with flowers older but they are more likely to brown slightly. I can also use a process to help with enhancing the colour but this will depend on the flower.

 

HOW LONG DOES MY FLOWER PRESERVATION PIECE LAST?

Hopefully many years and even decades. Please remember that this is not something I can guarantee. Flowers are natural items with their own history, there are many variables out of our control. They type, age, how they were grown, treated etc The placement of the piece in bright sunshine may also effect the lifespan of the piece. We will work with your piece to ensure the longevity of your piece as much as we can out end.

ARE THERE ANY FLOWERS THAT CAN NOT BE PRESERVED?

Flowers react differently to the drying process and the reaction to the resin. Most flowers work really well.

We find the trickiest flowers are 

Exotic, Orchid and Lilies.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the order being placed or at our discretion after this time.

If you have already sent me your flowers then any cancellation refund will be subject to a £30 deduction fee for the handling and sorting of the flowers. If you would like the flowers returned to you there will be a fee of £25

Returns and refunds - Flower preservation pieces are all custom made and are therefore non - refundable. Should you have an issue with your pieces please pop us a message via the contact me page. Please be aware of the item details as preservation pieces will not be 'perfect' - they are handmade and using natural items therefore small imperfections are not considered faults. There will be bubbles which will add to the one of a kind piece you will receive and we feel this adds to the beauty of each piece.

PACKAGING

All our items are packaged in beautiful gift boxes. The boxes are logo free so can be used again. Our gorgeous satin ribbon has our business name on and adds a luxury look to the finished item.

 

HOW DO I SEND CREMATION ASHES / HAIR OF MY LOVED ONE?

We will send a pack after you have placed your order with full details and a container for each. We will take great care when handling them and will return any unused to you with your completed piece.

HOW DO I SEND MY PHOTOS TO YOU FOR MY PERSONALISED ITEMS?

You will receive full details along with an email address to send your photos to us for your chosen item.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS?

Most of our cushions, Journals and other smaller items that do no include flower preservation , ashes or hair from a loved one are dispatched within 14 days. We will keep you updated.
